The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion

hum,i gotta leave for school,ill tell yall later about the best game ive ever played.

Like....this is THE BEST GAME IVER PLAYED! Dudes,its too powerful to explain. If you get to play it,you'll just LOVE IT FOREVA! Go check it,its supa dupa AWESOME! Not kidding. Ill post a game review later. But srsy,go check it.

its just like THE BEST RP GAME EVA! like,you have your char(totally customizable) starts on a quest to protect the kingdom and there is a VERY HUGE AND OPEN WORLD! Filled with creatures,ruined forts,dungeons,plants,trees,marauders,encampments and aylied ruins(a very old race,now extint). It has everything! From bustling towns to quiet settlements,markets,guards,and there are 7 unique towns,each one with an also unique castle,and ruler. There are also hundreds of sidequests! There is also the Grand Arena! There, you can fight for money,and if you are good enough,you can make it to Arena Grand Champion! You can also join guilds,like the Thieves Guild,or the Fighters Guild or the Mages Guild. If you get recommendations from every guild hall,you can enter the Arcane University. There is also an assassins guild,called "The Dark Brotherhood". The first time their representative came up to me i actually got spooked! A guy in a black robe with a hoody up,and a dagger on his hand,wouldn't you be afraid? This game is too complex to explain. Just go...and play.

Ok,ill add some more info. Hum...oh ill talk about the different races in Oblivion,and their feuds. They are: Imperials; Orcs; Dark Elfs; High Elfs; Nords; Red Guards; Kahjiits(cant really remember how that is written);Argonians. Imperials are by nature good merchants and perform most of the diplomatic roles. They dont really hate any race,but they steer clear of Orcs. Orcs are very good with blunt weapons. They tend to solve things by the blade rather with a nice chat. They are hated by most of the races. Dark Elfs are my fave. Not only they make great assassins,by being very efficient with a bow and a dagger,they also are somewhat handy with spells. These are a bit outlawed,as they have the reputation of being killers. They hate High Elfs. High Elfs are the masters of magic. The only reason ppl dont like them bcause they think they are superior to others. Kinda like larp gamemaster. Hum,im tired,ill post the rest later xD

Kajhiit(or whatever) are,like...biped lions. They even have a tail xD. They are skillful sneakers,and jump as high as no-one else. They always make fun of Argonians and vice-versa. Argonians are...kinda like lizard people. Real akward. Look'em up on Google. They...dont have a main ability,except the fact that they can breath underwater. Nords. Nords are like...Chuck Norris people xD Always up for a good bar fight =D. They are good with Swords and ice spells. They dislike Redguards. Redguard is the most versatile race. They are good with everything:blades,hammers,bows,spells,staffs,everything. They aren't very agille,but hey,they gotta balance stuff up. Next,im going to talk about enemies.

The common enemy of all races:Daedra. They have the coolest armors,weapons and shields. They dont live on Tamriel (the name of the land where the game takes place) but your char will find out that they were casted into a diferent plane of existance(Oblivion) by a great war between gods. But somehow they managed to open gates and are ransacking settlements and laying sieges on towns. If i may suggest,go see pics of the races i mentioned

Then get ready for 5Gb xD

Thats the good thing: there are only 5 stupid patches!

oh,and a lovely 1Gb expansion,totally worth it

Unfortunately the biggest benefit of the series is also it's biggest drawback.

It's TOO open. Yeu can literally go HOURS ON END without even remotely knowing wth to do.

That and there's better games out there, if yeu want a REAL RPG, I highly suggest looking into Planescape:Torment, which trumps elder scrolls in every single way, and flattens the baulder's gate series without even trying.

Where else can yeu get awesome scenes, like... this

One section yeu get to enter a religious site, people explaining concepts of their religions, sharing them, etc. Yeu run into one guy going on about the cocnept of the afterlife and mortality. Yeur character happens to be an immortal... depending on how yeu answer, yeu can 'proove' there's no afterlife by snapping yeur own neck to kill yeurself, then get up a few moments later all better. Then yeu can challanage him to proove his beliefs. And if he refuses yeu get to kill him =3

The writing style is just so perfectly malicious yet witty ^.^

The characters are pretty much pure win too... a floating talking skull that is so good at pissing people off he can actually use cursing at them as a weapon to make them attack him blindly... to an ex-succubus who was running a harem for mental stimulation rather than physical because she thinks chess > sex.

Seriously, the game's pure win, beyond any other made in the RPG line.

ahA! Miss Katsune,i discovered a flaw on you precious little game. I cleary said the best RP game ever. Snapping your own neck and coming back to life doesnt seem a very Rp thing to do,does it? Besides,you cant ever get enough of Oblivion. If you played it and explored it long enough,you'd find out you rarely end up without something to do. Hardcore players like me prefer an RPG with realism and a good argument rather than spending time talking to floating skulls.
